Sabancı Group’s e-commerce enterprise KlikSa, will become a e-commerce platform in virtual marketplace. Kliksa is aiming to be the market leader in the next 5 years with initial investment of 10 million dollars and they are very hopeful about that investment.
The statement that was made by Kliksa indicates that with the new investment company’s infrastructure will be organized in a way that e-commerce users and suppliers will do their transactions faster and more flexible way. Also consumers will be able to reach more choices of products. In other words Kliksa will serve as a new virtual market place with this transformation. During this transformation Kliksa will work with Bimsa and Accenture for system development, integration and project management. SAP/Hybris and Mirakl will support the transition.
We can say that is the most aggressive step that Kliksa took in order to become the sector leader of e-commerce in the next 5 years. With this transformation Kliksa will be a direct competitor to leader companies in this area like N11.com, Hepsiburada.com and Gittigidiyor Kliksa’s statement does not make it vey clear whether online market will cover the services or not. We can assume from that statement that company will focus on products first.
There is an implication of Kliksa’s online market enterprise will comply with World standarts because Kliksa’s General Manager Nevgül Bilsel Safkan, says that “following the investments to digital future, the users and suppliers will have a e-commerce platform that will be in world standarts.
