StockMount Professional Integration Manager is a system that easy to use and customizable on the basis of user. You can find information below, about how it works step by step.
Step 1: Membership
E-shop owner finds our site from search engines, advertisements or recommendations. After looking through our site, user selects service package that user wants to buy and is directed to StockMount user panel. User can proceed with the selected pre-made package or if user likes, user can create his or her own custom service package. After that the user enters the membership information into the system and proceeds to the next step by entering the verification code that is sent to user. After selecting the virtual marketplace that is going to be integrated and filling the necessary user information then user will proceed to the payment section. After finishing the payment process, e-shop owner can start using StockMount Professional Integration Manager.
Step 2: Uploading Source File
StockMount user identifies the source file on Integration/Product Sources on the panel menu then, matches field names, (product name, product code, product price, etc.) that StockMount system is going to use with source file by using easy matching method. Thus, all the information identified on the source file is transferred to the system. If user has e-shops more than one on the same marketplace, user can matches easily any of the system-identified “unlimited” source files that user likes with e-shop that user wants. If user has products other than the source file, user can easily add them to StockMount system manually. These products are transferred to user’s e-shop in every integration and they appear in xml files that user creates.
Step 3: Category Matching
On this step, user matches products’ categories that come from source files and the targeted virtual marketplace’s categories. Actually, this step seems complicated and hard but it can be easily overcome with StockMount’s advanced filtration and scanning features. Now, information for all products that are going to come from source file, are identified in the system. User can filtrate all the matched and unmatched categories; user can also remove or edit the matching of whichever category he or she wants.
Step 4: Listing Template Settings
While creating listing template, user chooses virtual marketplace, e-shop and source file. Then creates general listing settings for this source file. Here, user can enter additional price amount, use free shipping option for products that are over a specific price, add sub-title, determine minimum and maximum stocks, identify additional image, select how many images are going to be published on e-shop, add the product code to the title, specify commission rate according to price range, specify additional price according to the price range, identify shipping settings, identify integration settings and create an additional statement. As user can identify all of these for products in source file in general, user can identify them on the basis of categories or products. Thus, listing templates can be created very detailed.
Step 5: Product Listing
When the previous steps are completed, products are ready to be listed. After this stage, product listing and update processes are done automatically by StockMount system according to number of updates that included in the user’s selected service package. All update information can be followed on Manager Desk.
Step 6: Order processing, Shipping and Billing
User can follow the entire sale information summary on Manager Desk, and also can reach the entire sale details on Sales page. Here, virtual marketplace can list the entire sales according to the e-shop and sale situation, and can acquire sale details. Shipping information for sales can be entered one by one or altogether. Again, package label or billing can be done one by one or altogether for all sales. Specific notes to sale can be created and these notes can be written on package label.
Step 7: Messaging
User can message with customers or virtual marketplace on StockMount panel. User can see and reply all the messages one by one and also can see all messages coming from one user and replies them chronologically on one screen. Thus, user does not have to check what was written on the previous messages. User can create message templates and send them manually or automatically if user chooses to.
Step 8: Increasing Income
After user completes all the steps and product updates are done automatically, all user needs to do is following daily processes. User, who can reach all the details and summaries about sales on manager desk, can do necessary interventions immediately and completely in order to increase his or her income. User secures all of the data, thanks to StockMount and all user needs to do is operations towards increasing income.
